Good area/site/building management is of vital importance in the commercial property sector, and direct and immediate service to the complex/area in question is essential.

Our area/site/building managers can help fulfil this requirement. The daily presence of an area/site/building manager enables immediate detection of damage or deficiencies in or around the complex/area. The area/site/building manager can then take appropriate action. The person in charge of the premises is informed, any necessary emergency repairs are carried out and any required contractors can be hired. This ensures that your remain fully up-to-date without the need to be present at the site.

In conjunction with you, we will determine the required skill level of the area/site/building manager based on a variety of criteria, such as size and location of the premises/area.

Four basic packages are available:

• Area/site/building manager responsible for cleaning duties only   
• Area/site/building manager responsible for partial cleaning duties and additional duties   
• Area/site/building manager responsible for limited cleaning duties and additional duties   
• Area/site/building manager responsible for additional duties only

Furthermore, the area/site/building manager will contribute to lowering general costs by carrying out tasks such as testing sprinkler, alarm and emergency-power installations, monitoring and/or conducting cleaning duties, replacing light bulbs, co-ordinating waste management and boosting security.

The area/site/building manager also fulfils a social function, facilitating relations between the residents and the owner, and between the area and co-operating institutions. This role helps promote social cohesion, which automatically has a positive effect on the living environment.
